Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order, and have a 1-3 week processing time. This allows us to ensure your products are made with the utmost attention, care and quality assurance.

Once made, our products will be shipped via Canada Post, in a red mailing envelope. The information displayed on the shipping label will simply show "Peak and Valley" in small print, along with our address.
